Terms and conditions

Registration:

• Registration for the Power BI Summer School can only be done by sending in the registration form on the Power BI Summer School website. After receiving the form, an option will be placed.
• After the registration form has been received, an invoice is sent to the email address provided during the registration.
• The invoice amount must be received within two weeks of the invoice date. After receiving by Quanto of the amount due the option is replaced in a definite registration.
• Options are admitted in order of sending in the registration form. However, when the amount due is not received within the two-week period, cancellation of the option in favour of other participants is possible.

Event:

• Hotel rooms are provided as mentioned in the Factsheet, based on a stay of one person per room. Additional costs for another guest will have to be paid to the hotel directly. Staying another night is subject to availability and must be settled with the hotel directly.
• The package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as mentioned on the Factsheet, as well as (soft)drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.) during the sessions, breaks and dinner.
• Evening drinks at the bar or elsewhere are not included.
• Early departure from the event does not entitle participants for a refund.

Cancellation:

• The participant is allowed to cancel the registration.
• When cancelled within two weeks of the registration (email time stamp), a 100% refund is applicable.
• When cancelled after a two-week period from registration, but before 1 June, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• When cancelled after 1 June, no refund will be given.
• Quanto has the right to cancel the event when circumstances require to do so. In this case, all payments made will be fully refunded. Quanto will not accept liability for other costs made by participants regarding the event.
